Scope
This privacy statement provides information on how Power Up, LLC collects, stores, and protects personal information of clients opting into our SMS messaging service. This notice applies to our practices for gathering and processing information related to our SMS messaging service and is meant to provide an overview of our practices when handling clients' personal information.
Data
With your permission, Power Up, LLC collects personally identifiable information that you provide to us, such as your name, phone number, or email address to send individualized text messages to support treatment. Personal information will be used to send appointment reminders and to provide 1:1 real time client support when requested by clients. If you believe we have inadvertently collected unauthorized information, please contact us so we can promptly obtain consent or remove the information.
Access
Through your use of the SMS messaging service, we will receive personal information through our third party service provider. This includes personal information such as your name, mobile number, comments, feedback, and any other information you choose to include in messages sent to us through the messaging service. Our third party provider is not authorized to use your information for any other purposes. You can unsubscribe from SMS messaging at any time by emailing us or texting STOP. When you unsubscribe, we will remove your personal information from our list of clients who have authorized SMS messaging. Please notify us as soon as possible us if you experience a change in personal information (phone number, email address, etc) and wish to continue receiving SMS communication.
Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
Terms of Use
By opting into our SMS messaging service, you are agreeing to the terms of this policy. Power Up, LLC reserves the right to modify or change this policy at any time with or without notice. The date of the last update will be posted at the top of this policy for your convenience. This policy, and any changes, are effective as soon as posted and supercede any prior policies. Your continued use of the SMS messaging services following the posting of any changes to the policy constitute your full acceptance of those changes.
If at any time a client believes his/her privacy rights have been violated, they may file a complaint with Power-Up, LLC or with the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services.
