Staff trainings:

Educational Trainings to equip school and community staff members with knowledge and skills to effectively support individuals with behavioral challenges in the classroom or community such as- 

• De-escalation Training.

Behavior and skills assessments for individuals or schools:

Evaluations conducted to identify the root causes of challenging behaviors, guiding the development of effective interventions, providing services such as-

• Conducting a FBA.
• Conducting an IISCA.
• Developing a BIP.
• Skills Assessments (ABLLS, VBMAPP, PEAK, AFLS etc.)
• Treatment planning. 

Behavioral intervention plans:

Customized plans outlining strategies to address challenging behaviors, ensuring appropriate interventions and support for individuals inside the classroom.

Training: Training staff to implement the behavior plan and track progress towards goals. 

School and Community Based Parent Guidance:

We offer group and individualized programs designed to empower parents with strategies and techniques to address their children's challenging behaviors effectively both in school and in home such as-

• Implementation of tailored behavior interventions. 
• General behavior strategies.
• Principles of behavior.
• General parenting for disabled children. 

IEP meetings:

We will attend meetings held to discuss and review the Individualized Education Program (IEP) of any student who requires behavior supports. These meetings involve parents, educators, and related service providers and are to insure all educational and behavior needs are being met for the student and staff.

School District: Our staff will consult with teachers and admin on classroom wide techniques and interventions to manage behavior in a classroom setting, promoting positive learning environments for all students.

Community: Coaches, community course teachers, etc. welcome! We have led classes for team sports coaches at Fort Campbell and at community churches as well on how to structure instruction and environments for success for autistic learners or for specific behavior challenges. 

Parents:

We will work with your insurance company (if coverage is provided) or via private pay to provide tailored behavior support for your child within their classroom so they may thrive and succeed in their natural environment. 

School District: Our staff have experience providing behavior supports in the classroom setting! We will contract with your district to provide additional support for students who's behavior needs are not met by traditional educational assistants. 

Parents: Has your child been assessed or evaluated for behavior support by their school? Did you find yourself unsure of or questioning the results and desiring a second opinion? We are experienced in providing independent educational evaluations for behavior support in the classroom as part of your child's IEP. 

School district: Do you need a professional you can trust to provide an objective secondary evaluation? Power-Up, LLC will provide a thorough and unbiased evaluation and recommendation.
